AOS Research Services was founded by industry professionals
who believed they could build an organization that provided
clients with proactive client services, timely results and
high quality data collection. Through a combination of
people, technology and industry experience, we have been
doing just that since 1999.
Our People
Our interviewers are the very foundation of the services we
provide to our clients. Therefore, we invest a great deal of
time and resources into their recruitment, hiring, training
and retention. Our philosophy is simple - find the best
people, provide them with the training and tools to excel
and retain them through competitive pay, benefits and a
positive work environment.
Training does not end once your study begins. Our Quality
Assurance Team continually assesses and mentors our
interviewers using the following methods:

Technology
Our 90-seat data collection center in Wilmington is one of the few facilities in the Southeast to combine CATI software with predictive dialing technology and automatic call distribution (ACD). All interview stations utilize Cfmc Survent CATI software and are web enabled. Our technology allows us to provide customized flexible research solutions that can include inbound/outbound CATI interviews, online research and customized fax invitations on demand. In addition we offer inbound/outbound IVR and on demand or automatic digital recording.
Data Security
At AOS, the integrity of your data is our top priority. All
of our servers are protected by Raid-5 hard drive arrays
utilizing cutting-edge encryption technology for data
transfer. Additionally, our entire network of computer
systems is under constant surveillance by multi-layered
intrusion detection systems to protect your information.

is safe and confidential at all times.
Reporting
AOS prides itself on the ability to provide clients with
customized reports based on their needs and specifications.
Prior to the start of your study, we work with you to
develop a standard portfolio of reports and data format. In
addition, we can provide 24-hour online access to project
reports and statistics through our web-portal.
