Research conducts a variety of consumer research studies
using CATI phone surveys and online data collection. Recent
consumer projects have been conducted on behalf of clients
in the following industries: Banking, Hospitality, Consumer
Products, Retailers, Pharmaceutical companies, Healthcare
Providers, and City, State and Federal Government Agencies.
We have extensive experience conducting interviews with hard
to reach, specialized respondent segments. Predictive
dialers are used, when appropriate, to ensure our consumer
studies are cost effective and completed on time. Research
is conducted from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily throughout all US
time zones.

Below are some examples of recent projects, which have
included: customer satisfaction, opinion polling, buying
habits and advertising awareness.
Project: East Tennessee hospital
opinion phone survey
Specifics:
Opinion phone surveys were conducted with 400 residents
in Eastern Tennessee, regarding hospitals and medical
care in the region. Respondents were segmented into
groups based on gender and county of residence.
Project: South Florida Hispanic
health insurance phone survey
Specifics:
Phone survey of 300 Dade County, Florida Hispanic residents
age 65 or older regarding Medicare and health insurance
advertising. All interviews conducted by bilingual
Spanish speaking interviewers.
Project: Eyewear and vision
correction market research phone survey
Specifics:
Conducted 500, 25-minute surveys with 45-64 year old
consumers regarding eyeglasses and vision correction
devices. Respondents were segmented into four geographic
regions and by gender.
Project: State lottery opinion
market research phone survey
Specifics:
Conducted 1,000 opinion market research
phone surveys of 18+ year old South Carolina residents
regarding the state lottery. The total universe of
respondents were segmented by county of residence, race
and gender.
Project: Market research phone
study regarding in-store grocery bakeries
Specifics:
200 consumer phone interviews were conducted with
respondents regarding purchasing habits at grocery store
bakery departments. All respondents were ages 21-65 and
must have purchased a product from a grocery store
bakery within the past 3 months. In addition, the study
required bilingual interviewers to fulfill quota of
Hispanic consumers.
Project: Grocery store wine buying habit’s market
research phone survey
Specifics: Conducted
15-minute surveys with 600 consumers regarding wine consumption and buying
habits. The respondents were split, with 50% considered core drinkers and 50%
marginal drinkers. Respondents had to be the primary shopper and a customer of a
specific grocery store chain. Total number of completes were segmented into four
separate markets in Georgia and Florida.
