How PP-IS® Finds Patients

• PP-IS® examines patient’s pharmacy records at the time of the IVR refill. PP-IS® provides exacting detail about each patient’s demographics, prescriptions, combinations, dosages and information about the prescribing physician.
• Using the intuitive pharmacy IVR system, patients whose pharmacy data meets your inclusion criteria hear an IVR message inviting them to participate in a market research study.
• Those patients opting in for study participation are then asked preliminary screening questions through the IVR.
• Qualifying respondent information and IVR data is then forwarded to the AOS Research Data Collection Center for additional telephonic screening, follow-up CATI interviews, email contact for online survey participation or study material fulfillment.
